started it last week!
though i've only tried it once so far.
thinking of doing it at least once a week.
the one i've started exercising is called
Osho Nadabrahma Meditation, originated from Tibet.
it is an hour long practice consists of 3 steps, accompanied by music..
the first 30 mins.is to focus on breathing with exhaling sound.
next 15 mins. is with movement of arms to support breathing.
then last 15 mins. is to relax with no music.
i found having music and a little bit of movement very helpful to focus on meditation.
cos staying still without doing nothing will most likely bring out all my thoughts to wander around rather than supporting me to relax.
hopefully exercising meditation can help me to clear my thoughts and remove the evil migraine from me!!
